HANDS-ON. Master the basics of French seafood cookery with the expert guidance of our Cooking School instructors. You'll practice classic techniques as you make these traditional recipes:

Les Moules de la Mere Pin (Mussels in White Wine);
Baudroie a la Provence (Fish with Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic & Olive Oil);
Saumon Confit (Slow-Roasted Salmon); and
Coquilles Saint-Jacques Vinaigrette Tiede la Cagouille (Sea Scallops with Warm Vinaigrette).
