HANDS-ON. BASICS. As perfect Parisian street food or a flaming dessert finale, delicate crêpes are among the most versatile tricks in the French repertoire. Not only are they made from flour, eggs and butter – three ingredients readily at hand – but they are easy to make and freeze for future use. Menu includes:

Spinach Crêpes;
Folded Crêpe Pockets with Chicken & Mushrooms;
Lemon Soufflé Crêpes; and
Crêpes Suzette.
