  Dim sum is the Cantonese term for individual portions of food, usually served in a small steamerbasket or on a small plate. Delight your palate with these traditional recipes as you learn how to make:
Pork Egg Rolls;
Pan-fried Shrimp Dumplings;
Chicken Lettuce Wraps;
Chive, Ginger & Ground Pork Steamed Shumai (Dumplings); and 
Dan Dan Noodles

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats and tie back long hair.
