FEATURED WINEMAKER. TASTING.  No vineyards,  grapes sourced from the High Plains of Texas and strong ties to the local community are the ground rules. Ben Parsons, winemaker at The Infinite Monkey Theorem, focuses on using the best grapes, harvested at their peak, and nurturing each batch of juice as it becomes ridiculously good wine ....  that can be found in traditional bottles or in cans. Enjoy learning a little about the winery and sampling four of his offerings along with a tasting menu infused with the modern tastes of Texas as you pick up tips on pairings and our staff shows you how to make:
