(For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON.BASICS. Celebrate our 25th Birthday with 1994 pricing on this class. Registrants who are 21 or over will be welcomed with a glass of champagne, and then we'll all take a quick tour of our Seafood Market to learn how to select fresh fish. Back in the Cooking School, you'll steam, roast, grill and sauté the catch of the day. Menu will be determined by the seafood available on the day of class.
