FEATURED CHEF. HANDS-ON. Celebrate our 20th Anniversary and Wüsthof's 200th Anniversary in this very special knife skills class. You'll learn a little about the Wüsthof company and their history of producing these quality knives; how to care for and sharpen your knives; and how to choose the right knife for the job. Then, using your 8" Chef's Knife with our 20th Anniversary logo and Wüsthof's 200th Anniversary logo that is included in the price of the class, you'll get hands on experience by practicing the correct techniques for chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing. Chef Mike will put your new skills to the test as you prep the ingredients for a healthy and hearty soup; you'll take your prepped vegetables home so that you can prepare his recipe for Minestrone for your friends and family.
-You'll focus on improving your techniques in this class so will not be cooking. You will enjoy a bowl of Chef Mike's hearty Minestrone prepared by our staff at the end of class.
-When you register, you will be charged $50 for the class and then $60 plus tax for the Wüsthof 8" Chef's knife with the CM 20th Anniversary logo & the Wüsthof 200th Anniversary logo (which retails for $125).
